1. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Hota Print.
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days from the date you receive your parcel.

1.1 Free Replacements or Refunds

We provide a full resolution (replacement or refund) at no extra cost to you in the following cases:

• Item arrived damaged or defective.
• Poor print quality or manufacturing defects.
• Incorrect item received (wrong design, product type, or size sent by our error).

1.2 Returns for “Change of Mind”

If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g., you no longer want the item), the following conditions apply:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, please email us at support@hotaprint.com or contact us via WhatsApp: +84 367 221 521.
Please include:

• Your Order Number.
• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue (defects, wrong size measurements, or missing items).

Once approved, we will either ship a replacement for free or issue a full refund.

3. Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved, the time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment method:

• PayPal Payments: The refund appears instantly in your PayPal account.
• Credit/Debit Card Payments: It typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show on your bank statement.

4. Return Address & Exchange Delivery

• Return Address: 24 Old Queen Street, Westminster, London, SW1H 9HP, United Kingdom (or as instructed by support).
• Exchange Delivery Time: 12–20 business days (including processing and shipping).

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after the order is placed. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
