When will my order be shipped?
To provide you with the best prices and unique designs, our products are shipped directly from our international production centre. Please refer to the timeline below for delivery estimates.
Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (London Time).
Order Cut-off Time: 10:00 AM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

- Delivery Guarantee: Our maximum delivery window is 22 business days. If you have not received your order after this period, please contact us for a full refund or a free replacement.
- Taxes & Duties: We offer Free Shipping. The price displayed is inclusive of VAT, and no additional customs charges will be required upon delivery in the UK.

I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived after 22 business days, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reshipment.
Often, parcels are held at the local Royal Mail delivery office or a delivery attempt was missed. Please check with your local office before contacting us. For further help, email: support@hotaprint.com.
