1. Returns & Refunds Policy

The return and refund window for items purchased from Hota Print is 30 days from the date you receive your parcel. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. The following cases may qualify for a free return, replacement, or full refund:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective during transit.
  • Print quality issues or manufacturing defects (where applicable).
  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, product type, or incorrect customisation).
  • Wrong size sent (where the physical item measurements do not match our size chart or your order).

Please note:

  • Returned items must be new, unworn/unused, and in their original condition including packaging where reasonably possible.
  • If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, please contact our dedicated support team at support@hotaprint.com. We will review your specific request and strive to provide the best available solution for you.

2. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim for a return, replacement, or refund, please email us at support@hotaprint.com or contact us via WhatsApp: +84 367 221 521. To process your request efficiently, please provide the following required information:

  • Your Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
  • Clear photos and/or a short video clearly showing the issue or defect.
  • For print or finish issues: Please provide close-up photos in natural, good lighting.
  • For sizing issues: A photo showing measurements with a tape measure or ruler placed next to the item.
  • For missing items: Photos of the packaging received, including the shipping label.

Our international support team will review your evidence within 24–48 hours. If your case is eligible, we will offer a free replacement at no additional cost. In rare circumstances where a replacement is not possible or desired, we may issue a full refund for the eligible item(s), including any applicable shipping costs.

3. Processing Times & Return Instructions

  • Refund Processing Time: Typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Please note that timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (PayPal is usually instant).
  • Replacement Processing Time: Typically takes 2–5 business days for production, plus delivery time to your UK address.
  • Return Instructions: If a physical return is required, we will provide a prepaid label (where applicable) and the correct return address: 24 Old Queen Street, Westminster, London, SW1H 9HP, UK.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@hotaprint.com. Please include your order number and the specific requested change in the subject line.

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after the order has been placed. After this 24-hour window, your order enters our automated production system and cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled.
