Before You Order
- How much is the shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered to the United Kingdom. The price you see includes VAT; no hidden fees or customs duties will be charged upon delivery.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via PayPal and all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) processed through secure gateways.
Order Status & Delivery
- How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is shipped. You can track your parcel via Yuntrack or the link provided in your shipping confirmation.
- My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking info to appear. If your order has not arrived after 22 business days, please contact us immediately for a full refund or a free replacement.
- How long do refunds or replacements take?
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds: Processed immediately for PayPal; 5–10 business days for Card payments.
- Replacements: Shipped within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
- Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be modified.
- Do you offer returns for “Change of Mind”?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, with original tags and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
