When will my items be shipped?

To estimate when you may receive your order from Hota Print, please refer to the comprehensive timeline below. All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

1. Returns & Refunds Policy

The return and refund window for items purchased from Hota Print is 30 days from the date you receive your parcel. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. The following cases qualify for a free replacement, return, or full refund:

• Item arrived damaged or defective during transit.
• Print quality issues or manufacturing defects.
• Incorrect item received (wrong design, product type, or incorrect customisation).
• Wrong size sent (where the physical item measurements do not match our size chart or your order).

2. How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim for a return, replacement, or refund, please email us at support@hotaprint.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +84 966 206 648. To process your request efficiently, please provide the following required information:

• Your Order Number (found in your confirmation email).
• Clear photos and/or a short video demonstrating the issue or defect.
• For print or finish issues: Close-up photos taken in good natural lighting.
• For sizing issues: A clear photo showing measurements with a measuring tape or ruler placed flat across the item.
• For missing items: Photos of the parcel packaging received, including the shipping label.

Our customer support team will review your evidence within 24–48 hours. If your claim is approved, we will dispatch a free replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible or desired, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Processing Times & Return Instructions

• Refund Processing Time: Typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval (PayPal refunds are usually instant).
• Replacement Processing Time: Requires 2–5 business days for production, plus standard shipping time to your address.
• Return Instructions: If a physical return is required, we will provide you with full return instructions and our UK return location: 24 Old Queen Street, Westminster, London, SW1H 9HP, UK.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@hotaprint.com with your order number and requested changes in the subject line.

Order modifications or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, your order enters our automated production line and cannot be modified or cancelled.
